Swimming for girls

Swimming is a water sport which is popular with the human from a long time. Swimming can keep your heart rate up and reduce some stress off the body while swimming also contribute to build endurance, muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness. Because of valuable benefits, many girls and women choose swimming as a daily sport.

According to study of North Carolina State University, swimming ranks third among the top sports being good for girls. In overall, swimming has 56.4 % vigorous activity while per girl should consume about average 39.6 %. It’s enough to receive great benefits from swimming. In all 10 studied girls, 31% girls will practice time to keep fitness while only 28% girls will focus on pro skills.

Another reason why the girls like swimming above all because of small injury rate. According to the National High School Sports-Related Injury Surveillance Study, swimming is the best sport with the lowest injury rate among variety of sports in the world. The most common body parts have injuries like the shoulder, including rotator cuff impingement. Swimming has lower concussion rates than other girl sports.

Actually, you can see that when you swim, you immerse and make friend with water. That’s all. You don’t need to use any strong equipment like volleyball, badminton, tennis or danger to compete other rivals like football, car racing. Not like as scuba diving is a water sport when you have to face danger and accidents from animals in the sea. With swimming, you feel safer and safer, especially when you reach good level, there is no danger for you.

Another thing, swimming is good for practicing positively psychosocial though, goal setting and cognitive skills for girls. Not easy to build up professional knowledge except yourself. One study from the Aspen University of Texas points out that swimming ranks top good sports to improve willingness and target.
